In previous years we have had several visits to CPHI worldwide, notably with Johnson Matthey. Having undertaken a re-branding, Johnson Matthey approached us to create an exhibition stand concept to showcase this with a fresh and pharmaceutical styling that would be applied to their exhibition stand.
CPHI was the perfect platform for Johnson Matthey to establish this new styling, bringing together multiple brand division under one style. The new visual identity was carried across into the architecture of the stand, simplifying the previous four colours into a singular white arch structure that now symbolised ‘one’ Johnson Matthey.
Originally, the brief had requested that there would be a requirement for private conference rooms, our creative team felt that this should not dictate that the stand became a barrier to new business. This being said the stand was developed as a balance between private meeting space, comfortable semi-private spaces where more impromptu discussion could take place and an interactive zone.
In order to greet visitors to the stand we created a fresh take on a lab bench. Incorporating RFID technology in the form of ‘Pick and Place’, stand visitors could engage with an animated JM brochure. Using coloured lab flasks, visitors picked up and placed on them on bench, this then triggered information about how JM were inspiring science and enhancing life.
